Hi. My friend and his brother have a large vineyard in Sicily. One is estabished in NY and his brother is here visiting from Italy. they want to import their wine to the US. How does one go about doing that? I know its a lot of work, but does anyone know what government agency I would have to contact to get this small business started? Please email me at: [email protected] Thank you!

you need two things.
one an importer for your wines.
two. distribution in the various states

things to consider are, how much wine there is too sell, and in what markets you want to sell.

i have a few friends who import, and can help you to find distribution.
if you are interested you can email me

We would really like to hear what you have to say
