When I lived in France from 1996-1999, there was a magazine I used to subscribe to, but I cannot recall the name of it. It usually had a yellow-ochre cover, and the unique feature was a little yellow vial that accompanied each magazine. The vial contained a new "aroma" or scent to commit to olfactory memory. Does anyone know the name of the magazine? I am trying to find it again. Cheers, Christina

Christina - Sorry that I do not know the name of your magazine, however, I will be in Paris next week with time to kill. I'd be happy to inquire (in my very broken French) for you at a newsagents. If your French is better, as I am assuming it is from your prior residence, perhaps you'd e-mail me the correctly phrased question. Certainly nothing to lose other than my pride. If you think it would be of help you can reach me via:

Christina-
A friend of mine who is a French teacher and travels to France often suggests visiting bparis.com. They have lots of info and some question/answer areas, plus chat sessions.
