I need an advice regarding broker registration for NY State.
My company is registered in NJ and I live in NJ. I obtained the Import and wholesaler permit from TTB, but I intend to act as a broker in NY State, zone 1. I don't have any permit from NY ar NJ and I don't know if I need a NJ permit if I'll be NY broker.
I will be allowed to apply and obtain a NY broker permit (without a NJ permit)? I need the State permit to pick up the samples and presented to potential buyers.

just bought a fantastic case of JACQUES PRIEUR MUSIGNY GRAND CRU BURGUNDY 1995,..but I would like to know what i should ask for each bottle or the full 6 bottle case (AS I CAN NOT FIND EVEN ONE FOR SALE !!) a few months ago (I found ONE SELLER in the world?) the ONE PERSON who had 1 (as in ONE BOTTLE) was asking $399 a for A BOTTLE!!

Hello. I found this site while I was looking for a Stolpman Nebbiolo from 2001-2003. Apparently a user has a few in their celler. Can I send that person a note to see if they are interested in selling? Just curious.

Hi All, I need some information on wines that I am cataloging. They are California wines but I cannot find any info on them as to price and producer:
2000 Barclay Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma.
2002 McPherson Cabernet Sauvignon, Ukiah.
2004 Bank Monterey Syrah, Sonoma. They were all purchased from Montesquieu, I think that they are Montesquieu brands or sourced and bottled by them.

We have just put in a new little cellar and wondered if there is a better way to organise wines. We have about 124 bottles and would like to know if there is a "system" to organising the bottles that helps know what you have visually?
