I am representing a family-run winery in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Italy that is looking to export their wine to the United States. Currently, we have no contacts with importers or distributors. Any advice on where to begin, or how to advertise?
Thank you,
Eleanor

I came across a 1933 borghini porcelain wine decatur w/some wine still in it. The bottle is made of porcelain with a wire handle. The shape of the bottle looks like an old lantern. It is designed so that a candle can be placed in the middle of it, with the handle raised & a candle lit you could see at night. I guess that is what the purpose was. It has a carving at the top of a knight slaying a dragon. Any info is appreciated. >

Is it possible to add a down load feature for a moblie device, ie smartphone and/or Palm? It would be great to take my list with me when shopping/tasting. I have been using your site for quite a while now and love it. I recommend it to all. Here is a picture of the wine racks I built under my stairs when we added a second story. The wood is recyeled redwood decking from my backyard. (Show Me!)

Hello Wine Connoisseurs,
You and I both know there's nothing quite like a glass of good wine, but what about THREE days of wine, food, celebrity chefs, demonstrations, samplings and more? While that probably sounds fantastic, you might already have a card that will make your Labor Day (Sept. 3-5) wine weekend even better.
If you are a Visa Signature cardholder - just look to see if your Visa Card says 'Visa Signature' across it - you could be eligible to receive preferred seating and much more. Should you choose to venture off on your own, though, you will still be in good hands: Visa Signature cardholders will also receive complimentary wine tastings and discounts at over 60 Sonoma wineries!
You can learn about this and many more Visa Signature offers by visiting: http://visa.com/signaturefood
Cheers!

Hello Wine Connoisseurs,
I know you all enjoy wine and wine tasting, and I wanted to share this great perk with you! You may find that you already have a card that allows you special benefits and access at more than 60 Sonoma County wineries. If you have a Visa Card that simply says 'Visa Signature' across it, you could be one of the millions of Visa Signature cardholders and would receive two complimentary tastings when you show your Visa Signature card at any participating Sonoma County winery. We really hope you can take advantage of Signature's premier benefits, namely all of the discounts to Sonoma wineries they are already planning on touring.
