Because of funding issues I've been late in opening as advertised. To address one comment above yes, there are other facilities but none who address all four factors of safely storing wines (light, tempurature, humidity and vibration). Also, all of these facilities you mentioned are JUST wine storage facilities. I will have other ammenities and features that places such as the Wine Bank or K & L wines do not. While both of these facilties are fine businesses (both are at or over capacity with waiting lists of up to a year) they ONLY store your wines. Other facilities such as Presidio Wine Bunkers ONLY address storage as a feature. If any of you are aware of the fire in Vallejo recently you'll know that pure storage space isn't the end of the game when it comes to keeping your investments safe. Also, the facilities you've mentioned are not in the East Bay which is my target area however I'll be freeway accessible (at the 580/680 corridor)and within 30 minutes of all reaches of the east, SF Bay and south bay areas (from the Benicia Bridge to Gilroy)
