I'm still in the funding stages for this project but it appears the facility will more than likely be in the Sierra Lane/Circle area of Dublin. The available buildings in this area are more upscale than those I've looked into in Pleasanton and Livermore and much more freeway and major thoroughfare accessible than those that the Pleasanton Planning Dept wants to put me in (Stanley Road/Commerce Circle area). IF you can hold out for a short period of time I promise that this new facility will be well worth the wait. I estimate that we should be up and running fully (with ALL emmenties included) by the end of this year. The storage alone should be ready before the end of summer. IF you need to store your wines safely until I'm open I'd recommend looking into the Shurguard facility in Walnut Creek as a short term measure. Please feel free to contact me directly at my email address should you have any questions. I'd like to keep in touch with everyone who is interested in this so I can keep them abreast of the project schedule and future plans for franchising!! Believe it or not I have contacted some very well known wineries in the Napa/Rutherford/Staggs Leap areas and even THEY are interested in storing wines in my facility due in part to the thoroughness of my business plan and my attention to every detail of wine storage. NOBODY and I REPEAT NOBODY will provide you with as much safety, security and ammenities as this business will!
Of course I'm always looking for investors as well. This will help me bring to market this exciting facility even faster!! These angels must be willing to stay in the background of the planning and management of this business.
Thanks for your inquiry!
