I've checked both those places out and if you'll read closely all they address is temperature and humidity. What about the City Storage favility which I KNOW is on a busy street with heavy trucks etc. They can't have possibly retrofit this building to eliminate vibration. Also neither site addresses uv light.
Without getting too defensive or excited I highly suggest that everyone just wait until I'm open and then I'll send everyone invitations and you can decide then what steps to take for your storage needs.
The other reebuttal that I have is that neither of these facilities resides in the east bay where there is only ONE (Shurgard Storage in Walnut Creek) such facility and once again being right on top of the 680 freeway vibration is a major exposure.
