Sounds good. I was just curious about one line --

"As far as I'm aware there are NO FACILITIES in Northern California that totally address ALL of these aspects for safely storing your investment."

I thought there were places like this in San Jose and SF already?

In SF alone, there's the http://www.presidiowinebunkers.com/, three traditional storage places with wine areas/clients (like http://www.citystorage.com/wine_storage.htm), Vinfolio (https://www.vinfolio.com/jsp/public/services/protect.jsp) and many more that I can't think of off the top of my head.

My south-bay friends in Cupertino, Los Gatos and San Jose all know of local places as well.
