There will always be obscure Italian varietals that can be added, but I would suggest adding Valpolicella, Chianti (Classico), Amarone, and Ripasso, based on my personal use of this great web tool! They are all fairly common, and sit sort of awkwardly between varietal and region, since they are all blends of one kind or another. I would also suggest a "mark as consumed" option, which would be useful so that the user can keep a record of the wine without it being in the cellar - right now I am using an asterisk in the wine title to indicate consumed, and simply not adding it to the cellar. It works, but there must be a more elegant way. Keep up the good work!
