Mayo Family Winery seems to be pretty new: founded in 1994. So there isn't much to go on with reguard to the long term age-ablitiy of their cabernet. You might just try calling the winery to see how long they think you should hold the cabernet.

It looks like they are a member of the "Family Wineries of Somoma." If you're ever in Sonoma, this is a great place to taste wine. Several small wineries all in one location. Sharing space makes it possible for these really small wineries to have a tasting room. Sometimes you get some really unusual wines.
