| Wine Notes: | The Riddoch red wines from Katnook Estate, in the heart of Coonawarra, consistently deliver full flavour, solidity, substance and satisfaction. So it is again with the latest Cabernet/Shiraz. Perhaps it will mellow out into an even more interesting creature over the next five years and hold its form for up to a decade, but I would be more than happy to enjoy this one now with hearty winter foods.
