The regulations for organic farming in Rheinhessen are set and controlled by the NATURLAND company. Our Quality Assurance laboratory has determined that this wine contains 29 ppm of free sulphur. Our panel's tasting note: Pale straw colour with aromas of floral, peach and mineral. Just off dry, light-bodied but with a very good fruit centre. The wine finishes fresh and clean.
