| Wine Notes: | 64% Cabernet Franc, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Pinot Noir. Yield 3.5 tonnes/acre. After crushing, varietals remained on the skins for up to 24 hours, after which juice was bled and fermented dry. A dry style of rose which is crisp and refreshing with aromas and flavours of green herbs, pepper, spice and fresh berries. Best consumed within the first 3 years.
