| Wine Notes: | Serve this wine with your turkey dinner and get everyone happier. This sparkling wine is more subtly scented than the still Torrontes from Etchart, of which I was so complementary above. Yet, it is still richly flavoured enough to take some spice in the food with which it is served. I liked it. (Source: www.winereviews.ca, October 2001) Bright pale straw; quite brilliant. Dark and moody palate shot with fruit, toast, yeast notes and a hint of petrol. Mushroomy palate, lightly tart with vigorous mousse. Good body and length. Very nice. A tad serious.
