| Wine Notes: | Aromas of olive and herb lead to mature flavors of anise, plum and blackberry, which come in layers. I asked about the significance of “Bin 23,” and was met with “I’ll be darned if I know that, but I can tell you it is primarily Mt. Veeder fruit,” by the lady pouring for me. This wine has a rich mouth feel and plenty of tannins, and would pair nicely with a juicy steak. $30 |
