| Wine Notes: | Though new to our market, Capel Vale Wines was established in 1980. Winepros.com.au writes that this wine is certainly one of the better unwooded Chardonnays on the market. Our panel's tasting note: Medium straw colour with aromas of apple and citrus. Dry, zesty/lively and fresh. Medium full-bodied with a surprisingly long finish. (Nov. 2002).
