I worked there for one week. They hired five people, trained us for two days and then threw us onto the phone. We cold called people for 8 hours a day. These people had no idea who they were or how their number was obtained by Montesquieu. It was our job to 'follow the script' and bully the person into buying a couple of cases of wine. After three days of being on the phone, only one of the newly hired 'brokers' had a single sale. Myself, along with the other three, were fired. They are horrible to the employees as well as the customers. I would've left there as soon as I had a new job, no doubt about that. Also, to clear things up, they are the bottler. Not a broker. All of the bottles are identical in color, shape and cork. None of the vineyards they sell from actually exist.
