| Wine Notes: | Winepros.com.au describes Collards as a family-owned and run business which is a bastion of conservatism, adopting a low promotional profile, but which consistently produces fastidiously crafted wines of excellent quality, and which has moved with the times in developing new wines and labels. Run by brothers Bruce and Geoff Collard, the winery stopped producing Gewurztraminer in 1990, but has returned with this 2002.
