| Wine Notes: | A big, rich wine from the South of France that has deeply ripened dark red fruits, provence spices, and cola flavors. There is a good balance between fruit, tannin, wood, spices along with some game and leather. 60% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre, 20% Grenache. For 30 years, Michel and Jerome Castillon have been growing and vinifying at their 80 hectares of vineyard. The vineyard benefits from the southern hillside exposure of AOC Costieres de Nimes, above the Mediterranean.
