| Wine Notes: | Established in 1824 by Eugène Klipfel, his decendants continue to operate the winery to this day. They own 100 acres (40 ha) of vineyards, of which 37 acres (15 ha) produce the Grand Cru wines, including this Riesling Kastelberg. Our panel's tasting note: Medium straw colour with aromas of petrol, floral and mineral. Dry, softening, very attractive wine with a medium body and lingering finish.
