| Wine Notes: | Amity made their first Pinot Blanc wines in 1995. The vineyards were originally all planted to Chardonnay but were grafted over to Pinot Blanc in the early 1990s. For those who like Chardonnay, but want to try something different, Pinot Blanc offers the weight of Chardonnay on the palate but with a different flavour profile.
